HOW TO OBTAIN APPLICATION FORMS
BY PERSON

Application Form can be obtained in person from Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education during Banking hours by depositing the requisite payment in the Syndicate Bank, DDCE , Extension Counter located in the Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education, Utkal University, Bhubenswar-751004.

Cost of Form for Open School & Management Courses are Rs. 400/- (Form Rs.150/- + Entrance Test Fees Rs.250/-) and for others it is Rs. 150/-.

Application Forms are also available in Syndicate Bank at its branches of Anugul, Balasore, Baripada, Berhampur, Cuttack, Paradeep, Jagtsinghpur, Puri, Kendrapara, Rourkela and Sambalpur.

For obtaining application form by post write to S.O., Academic , Directorate of Distance & Continuing Education, Utkal University, Vanivihar, Bhubaneswar-751004 enclosing a Bank Draft for the requisite payment drawn in favour of Director, DDCE, Utkal University payable at any Nationalised Bank at Bhubaneswar. Cost of Form by Post for Open School & Management Courses are Rs. 450/- (Form Rs.200/- + Entrance Test Fees Rs.250/-) and for others it is Rs.200/-

BY DOWNLOADING FROM WEBSITE

The Application Form can also be downloaded from the website of the DDCE, "www.ddceutkal.org" . Those who down load the Form have to remit the cost of the Form (i.e Rs.400/- for Open School & Management Courses by Hand & by Post Rs. 450/- and other courses Rs.200/- by Hand & Rs.250/- by Post) through a Bank Draft drawn in favour of Director, DDCE, Utkal University payable on any Nationalised Bank at Bhubaneswar. The Admission Fee and cost of Form should be sent through two separate Drafts.
